So, I’m Excited to share this Story with you! As You pair an authentic TRUE FINE WINE as seen in the video directly above, contrary to popular beliefs, NOT all WINES are the same quality. Not all “Wines” are true to life FINE WINES. Ours Are! This is where your Story can begin. This was a monumental EVENT and shared with numerous individuals in person and considerably more through a Zoom Room!

Briefly, Listed below is the evening list for the “Wine Magic Event”:

- Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
- Adele Zinfandel

A diverse selection of wines for this “Event” enabled “Tastes and Taste Events in Your Body” to occur. The ones that you surround yourself with will genuinely Love it! There were wine glasses for all patrons, with each selection of FINE WINE at our event. However, you can progress throughout your experience in a variety of ways.
Now we come to the combining of Amazing Food Pairings!
With the Charcuterie Board tying it all together. Typically with Salty Meats: Pepperoni – Ham – Salami. Accompanying the palatable Meats. Including Seasoned to Plain Turkey – Beef. Remembering the Capers and Olives – Preserves and Jams – Nuts: Pecans – Almonds – Cashews! Remember the Melon Collection – Cantaloupe – Honeydew – Watermelon, and add slices of Kiwi and Granny Smith or Honeycrisp Apples. Bringing this Charcuterie Board to Perfection!
Hors d’oeuvres & Appetizers. A small salad is nice to add here, so it accompanies the Meal. The salad should be light in addition to the Charcuterie Board. Light – Garden or Caesar salads – kissed with the dressing. Preferably adding a side dish holding the sauce. Partaking in TRUE FINE WINES intensifies the flavors that the dressings offer. Many Individuals enjoy eating the salad without dressing, showing preferential feelings towards the flavors that the WINES bring out in their Greens – the taste does POP! Adding Antipasto Skewers is my personal favorite!
Piece-De-Resistance. With Our mouths watering, we add the Barramundi or Salmon – “Fish Dish” or a “Beef Dish.” You could also use a Roast or Prime Rib – Whatever your pallet finds tasty! When utilizing the Steak option, season with only Pepper and Salt so that your WINE will blend the savory flavors with the “Tasting Event” Thoroughly!
Dessert – Petit Fours – Confections are served after a meal. Having a Chocolate Cake is an Amazing pairing. Make sure you use Dark Chocolate as your Sweetmeat! Preparing a Chocolate Plate is also a Fabulous Idea!

- In the Beginning – We Are Sharing the lightest to heaviest. Using the More Than Muse Rose’ and Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio with the Charcuterie Board. Doing this will allow the Experienced and the New to expose their Tasting Pallets and enjoy the New Flavor Combinations they are experiencing.
- Openers – Salads, Antipasto Skewers, Charcuterie/meat, and Cheese Tray – Until your Heart is Satisfied. During this time, you can move into the Red Wines, including the Nile Eddy Pinot Noir.
- When moving into the Piece-De-Resistance – We can mingle the Adele Zin and Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon into the mix—beginning the Wine Magic “SPADES” during this time.
- Dessert – Petit Fours – Confections! Now bring the Ricord Merlot with the Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Plate for tasting. Ending the Wine Magic Event -Our event had Wines left Over that were mixed for fun sequencing and bold flavors!
